Grantsburg ladies choose to smack the heck out of a little whiite ball once a year in an attempt to riase money to fight one of the most evil empires ever — Cancer

Monday they raised $727 for cancer research.

There were 26 golfers and the medalist was Wendy Hendricks.

The winning Pink Ball team included Hendricks, Dorothy Dalberg, Evone Finch and Marilyn Dahlberg.

"It's all in the family," laughed Dorothy Dahlberg.

The winning team total score went to Alice Hedberg, Kim Bohen, Jen Staff and Karen Skandel.
