Notice of Public Hearing, State of Wisconsin, County of Burnett, Tuesday, February 2, 2021, at 9:00 a.m., at the Burnett County Government Center in Room 165, Town of Meenon, Siren, Wisconsin, regarding the following:  

BURNETT COUNTY LAND USE/SHORELAND PROTECTION ORDINANCES

1. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP-20-50 – TRENTER

Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the Town of Lafollette, Burnett County, Wisconsin, that Joe Trenter has made application for a conditional use permit per the terms of the Burnett County Land Use and Shoreland Protection Code of Ordinances to operate a home occupation tree service business, located at 4901 State Rd 70, in the RR-1 zoning district, in Government Lot 1, Section 4, T38N R15W.

2. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP-20-54 – NORTH CAMP PROPERTIES IV LLC

Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the Town of Webb Lake, Burnett County, Wisconsin, that Mike Hershberger and Steve Austin on behalf of North Camp Properties IV LLC have made application for a conditional use permit per the terms of the Burnett County Land Use and Shoreland Protection Code of Ordinances to add 30 additional seasonal campsites on the campground parcel.  Also allowing for increased sizes of decks/patios/screenporches/sheds on these additional 30 campsites to match the sizes approved with CUP-19-20.  All changes to take place over the next three (3) years, located at 30925 Namekagon Trl, on Webb Lake, in the RR-1 zoning district, parcel in Government Lots 6 and 7, Section 16, T41N R14W.

3. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP-20-57 – MATTSON

Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the Town of Oakland, Burnett County, Wisconsin, that Mitchell Mattson and Chantalle Rowley have made application for a conditional use permit per the terms of the Burnett County Land Use Code of Ordinances to have two (2) miniature ponies on the parcel in a residential district, located at 27831 Robbie Rd, in the RR-2 zoning district, Lot 5 Plat of Robbie Addition, in the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 28, T40N R16W.

4. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #CUP-21-01 – GREEN

Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the Town of Lafollette, Burnett County, Wisconsin, that Bailey Green and Grant Neuens have made application for a conditional use permit per the terms of the Burnett County Land Use and Shoreland Protection Code of Ordinances to operate a home occupation compost processing and packaging business, located at 24249 Nelson Rd, in the A-2 zoning district, in the South 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 7, T38N R15W.

5. MAP AMENDMENT #MAP-21-01 – ML HOLST, LLC

To rezone the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 less the North 20 rods, and the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 less Lot 1 of CSM Vol. 28 Pg. 102, both located in Section 9, T38N R19W, Town of Grantsburg, from A-2 (Agricultural-Residential) to RR-3 (Residential-Recreation) zoning district.  Zoning change requested by Morris Holst.
