Notice of Public Hearing, State of Wisconsin, County of Burnett, Monday, December 2, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., at the Burnett County Government Center in Room 165, Town of Meenon, Siren, Wisconsin.

1. VARIANCE #VAR-19-07: PAULSON

Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the Town of Jackson, Burnett County, Wisconsin, that Thomas and Julianne Paulson have made application relative to a proposal to vary the terms of the Burnett County Land Use Code of Ordinances and Shoreland Protection Code of Ordinances as follows: To construct a garage at a setback of 0 (zero) feet from the road right-of-way of Ham Lake Rd, and a setback of approximately 60 feet from the Ordinary High Water Mark (OHWM) of Ham Lake, located at 5460 Ham Lake Rd, in the RR-1 zoning district, in Government Lot 2, Section 7, T40N R15W.
