TAKE NOTICE THAT A PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD AT THE VILLAGE OFFICE, 316 S. BRAD STREET, GRANTSBURG, WISCONSIN ON MONDAY, JULY 15, 2019 AT 5:00 P.M. (RESCHEDULED FROM JUNE 17, 2019)

For the purpose of considering a zoning variance for Tom Amsden, owner of MT Wallets, LLC dba The Den The request is to allow an 8’ X 60’ deck to be constructed on the north side of the existing restaurant (parcel# 07-131-2-38-19-22-1 02-000-012000) located at 709 State Road 70 W, Grantsburg, Wisconsin. The property is zoned B-2 Highway Commercial District

B-2 Highway Commercial District requires an 80’ setback from the street property line.

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hear all interested persons, or their agents or attorneys, and thereafter will make a decision on the request.
