Perhaps you have seen the flyers or heard about this through the grapevine?

The Burnett County Transportation Task Force (BCTTF) is conducting focus group meetings throughout Burnett County.  These focus groups will help determine the feasibility of a public transportation system in Burnett County. 

 These meetings are for ALL the public.  Before any public transportation can be put in place some important information is needed.  This transportation would not just be for medical trips, but could be used for personal trips such as shopping, social, or personal errands, schooling, and job related trips. 

There are several reasons why you may need public transportation:  loss of license due to the inability to drive safely because of age or health issues; revocation of your driving privileges; affordability of gas and insurance; or no family close by to help out to name a few.  You may not need public transportation yourself, but it is safe to say you may need help in the future or know someone now that is in need of this service.
