Early in the morning a truck was pulled over in Webster for speeding and operating left of the center line. The driver was then cited for an 11th OWI offense, according to the Burnett County Sheriff’s Office.
Morris J. Bearhart, 46, was arrested and charged with speeding, operating left of the center line and operating while intoxicated 11th offense.
At 2:42 a.m. on Friday Dec. 18, Bearhart was pulled over in his truck when deputy made contact with Bearhart they could allegedly smell intoxicants on his breath. He was also slurring his speech and admitted to consuming intoxicating beverages.
A press release from the sheriff’s office stated Bearhart failed field sobriety tests and was then arrested.
He was then transported to Burnett Medical Center for a blood sample.
